Hello friends! My name is Susan Yoder and I’m proud to share a little about my background and goals with you. I grew up on a large family operated grain and livestock farm in Ohio., we moved to Oklahoma where we settled and developed our cattle ranch, and we love it here! I’ve been involved in FFA and county fairs with my five sons for several years.
I know all about the daily hard work that’s a part of ranch and rural life. I’ve owned and lived on waterfront lake properties and truly enjoy lake life! I also enjoy touring the farms and ranches, waterfront resorts and recreational properties, which I’m passionate about and love to sell.
I’ve been blessed to meet so many wonderful people here and we continue to enjoy each property and our clients as each one is unique and inspiring in its own way. Kelly was born and raised in southern Utah. He is a 4th generation cattle rancher. Kelly run cattle on BLM and Forest Service property in Utah. Kelly attended Southern Utah University on a rodeo scholarship and earned a degree in technology education with a minor in agriculture.
In 2003 Kelly and his wife Laura bought a ranch in SE Oklahoma. They have 3 children. Kelly owns and operates Albrecht Ranch Angus, he raises registered angus bulls and has an annual production sale on President’s Day in Caddo, OK.
